Join Dan and Judy on Saturday mornings or Monday evenings for some Chinese soft exercise.

Tai Chi is an ancient art with its focus on breathing and slow, gentle movement.  It offers many potential health benefits to its participants, including blood pressure reduction, improved sleep quality, stress relief and more.  Though traditionally performed while standing, most of the movements are easily adapted for people who find it necessary to remain seated because of illness or injury.  Everyone is welcome.
